Harbor for Illegal Immigrants and Russian refugees

The Heights at Lenox changed its name to the Metropolitan at Buckhead even as the place gets filled with Spanish speaking Blue collar illegal immigrants. It almost seems as if the place welcomes such people. Not a great place if you want your kids to learn English. Not safe if you are not an immigrant.
