I lived in this community for one year of pure hell. The stairways have piss, spit, trash, and vomit. This is in building F (same as the leasing office). The rarely cleaned them. They smell awful. I moved in with no closet doors and then after two months they installed the cheapest, low quality doors they could find. They fell apart. I fixed them twice and they fell apart again. Some mornings no hot water so I had to take a cold shower or no shower. The roaches are so bad. The took over everything. My new place does not have roaches so now I am battling these disgusting bugs that hitched a ride in my things. Shame on you the Metropolitan at Buckhead you slumlords. Three weeks ago there were two armed robberies, one in the parking lot the other in someone's apartment. My husband and I were question by the police. Around the same time of the robberies someone tried to enter our apartment with a key that did not work. That was a week before we moved out. Think twice about moving here. I read the reviews before I moved here and decided to overlook them. Boy was I wrong. It was just as bad as everyone says. If you get home after 10:00 pm good luck finding parking. If you like quiet don't count on that here. There are freight trains next to the Marta that run day and night and it will drive you crazy. This place is way to expensive to have that much noise and don't leave your clothes unattended in the laundry room you might come back to find them gone. The good...it's close to Lenox train station, shopping, 400 and 85 and a couple of my neighbors were really decent people. If you value your peace of mind stay away this ghetto. Third name change. RED FLAG
