So far my experience at Stonebridge (7 mos) has been for the most part pleasant. I think the complex does as well as it can given its circumstances. THe area is sketchy and some of the residents are sketchy, but the grounds are very clean and the staff has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and cheerful. I think what might account for the differnces in these reviews are the units people live in. The exterior of the northern apartments and the southern apartments are noticibly different, the south side ones look older and crappier- so those may be the ones with the bug and rat problems described. I live on the North Side and my apartments interior is VERY nice and spacious and everyone is surprised about my relatively cheap rent. I have had a few ant problems but its nothing that a quick spray of raid didn't stop. Many of the residents seem pretty "low rent" as well, but I haven't personally had any problems with them. On the other side of the barbed wire fence there is some big mexican ghetto but I haven't had any problems with them either, I almost feel safer with them there because they are always out on their deck so if something were to happen to me in my parking lot, there would be witnesses. Roswell road can be annoyingly backed up at random times, but its good and quick access to 285.
