I never lived here, but... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Yes, I never lived here but I did consider it. I toured the property and the staff seemed nice (as most management staff is to a potential resident). What swayed me away from this property was 1.) all of the day laborers who hang out at the gas stations and other businesses right across the street from the complex each morning/afternoon. I just could not get used to that sight each morning. The second thing was a strong recommendation from another leasing agent within the same management company against that move, siting numerous problems with that location. Remember I HAVE NEVER LIVED THERE, but these are the reasons why. I ended up renting at a complex that is right down the street on the other side of 285 and run by the same management company. That experience sucked as well, and I have written a review for it. And as I look at the reviews for these complexes I think it's amazing that this same management company has ratings in the high 60s and 70s when my experience with them was about a 30! I wonder if they don't enter their own reviews.
