Nice place so far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here for 4 months now. I am a college student so it is VERY nice compared to what I'm used to. The floorplan is big, rent is cheap, people are mostly quiet, i haven't experienced any crime (but from what I'm reading i'm guessing it's only a matter of time till i do), maintenance fixes stuff right away, the Office staff is very nice & down to earth, grounds are ok--all in all a nice place. We had ants the first month but I just had the apartment sprayed and I havent seen them since. My neighbors are also very considerate (except my upstairs neighbor loves to play loud Salsa music at 3am sometimes). Also I LOVE the diversity! Plus the complex is close to EVERYTHING, Perimeter Mall, Roswell rd has stuff to do for miles, Buckhead, etc.
