We have Ants, which isn't so bad... but we also have Rats and mice, so do our neighbors.

Not only that, but we were lied to when we moved in about certain things we had to pay for amongst other things. Our neighbors also were lied to in the same way.

The staff is rude, arrogant, and completely unreliable.

The gates don't work, there are homeless people sleeping in the bushes and looking into people's apartments at night. It's absolutely rediculous. They know of all these problems and do nothing at all to fix them.

There's mold behind the walls from leaky pipes. It's nauseating. This place is horrible.

Do not come here, turn back whatever you do. It's not worth the cheaper prices... you'll end up paying for it in pest traps, insecticide, and stolen property.

As if it couldn't get worse, my car was broken into, INSIDE the gate, when it was working.

There are drug dealers everywhere fighting in the street. The Sandy Springs PD is out here constantly. It's loud all night long. Sleeping is next to impossible.You can hear guns going off at night and sirens never seem to stop.

The crime demographics for this area are 8.0-9.0.

Don't pass go, don't collect 200 dollars, just stay away from here!!

I couldn't agree more... I am bolting out of here just as soon as the lease expires. It's not the deterioration that sickens me...it's the RATE. I moved here 4 years ago...It was actually livable...but security has really become an issue, as has crime. Plus it's overpriced. SKIP THIS PLACE.
