Roaches, Rats, Crack Heads in your bushes, on your porch, ghetto fabulous neighborhood, day labor across the street, sirens, gun shots, drug dealers, horrible incompetent management (affirmative action at its best), no insulation, decades old appliances, musty, trash, very thin walls and ceilings, young ghetto thugs, interstate noise, non-english speaking russian maintenance men.

I would rather stay at Gitmo in Cuba than ever, ever live here again.
