Great Place to Live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here since August of 2006 and havent experienced anything like the other residents have. I did deal with ants once in the summertime but I also learned that all of Roswell Rd. apartments had the same issue. Sometime about the sewer system in the city. As a single female living alone in any apartment complex has to be aware of their surroundings. Lets not forget about the Gainsville Murders in the early 90s where the serial killer killed his 1st two victims after seeing them shopping at Walmart and follwed them home only to lay in waiting until the lights went off and broke into a locked apartment savagely murdering these women. One must ask themselves if the residents that lived here were typing lies about this community because they were not paying rent on time and were evicted. I feel safe and am always aware of my surroundings. The price is worth it for Sandy Springs and I wouldnt live anywhere else!
