Where do I begin. I have lived here at Stonebridge for 3 years and in truth things used to be much better. I went from a resonable one bedroom to a 3 bedroom and that is when all hell broke loose. There is a serious roach and ant problem. I am not talking moderate "Roswell Rd issues" I mean they are everywhere. The staff is completley imcompetent to help even when you are paying your rent on time each and every month. Filtered water, a joke. Security officer, an even bigger joke. My fridge was too small, my balcony doors were broken, the air conditioning doesn't work in the "master bedroom, 12x12 master". The air conditioning is older than me and so loud you will barely be able to hear your television. The only security you can count on is, bring your own if you know what I mean.

I am a man of simple needs. I don't have to live in a castle but this place is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

One last thing, for those of you wanting to view the apartment as potential renters, you should have no problem gaining access via the security gate. The complex manager, ------- informed me she is leaving the gate open during the day so that the potential resident can gain access easily. Well that sure makes me feel good and secure. Thanks -------!!!

What? You mean it isn't a smart idea to leave a gate open in a high-crime and under-policed neighborhood while most people are at work? You can't possibly expect ------- to value the safety of current paying residents over potential residents. It would simply be too inconvenient for potential residents to use the callbox.
