I was supposed to move into these apartments on March 1st of this year but decided not to. When I first looked at the place, I really liked the layout (they are very unique and huge for the price), but was concerned about living on the bottom floor. I asked if they had a top floor available and they told me they did. However, once I sent in my application fee, they didn't have any available anymore. I am coming from out of state and it took a great deal to send in everything and I guess it arrived later than expected. However, a couple weeks later they called me and said that they lost my application and I would have to resubmit one. I also started thinking about living on the first floor in an Atlanta apartment and decided not to. I was concerned with safety, I take all the reviews on this site with a grain of salt - the apartment locator service I used said they never had a complaint - but I just didn't like that they lost my application and didn't have a top floor available like they had said. The management is very nice, but that could have changed once I moved in. I know they are doing big renovations to these apartments so hopefully the confusion of that is all it was. But, I don't want to deal with it so I chose to live elsewhere.

But honestly, I would have lived there had they have gotten me a 2nd floor.
