First of all you should do a little research of your surroundings,and stop acting like this is the only community with these fees, and issues. people that buy a home have a separate water bill, and if live in a swim/tennis they also pay very expensive amenity fees, that you have bundled into one payment of $35.00 a month and your crying. if it was that bad, you wouldn't have been living here for 3 years, and as far as calling someone useless you can't even spell signed correctly! Of course the appliances are old, the community is old, that's the reason for the renovation!

First of all the last couple of years that I have lived here were under different management and this place wasn't that bad. If I knew the new management and leasing staff were going to suck so bad I would have never renewed my lease but now I know! Oh and I apologize for the typing error.
