First of all you should do a little research of your surroundings,and stop acting like this is the only community with these fees, and issues. people that buy a home have a separate water bill, and if live in a swim/tennis they also pay very expensive amenity fees, that you have bundled into one payment of $35.00 a month and your crying. if it was that bad, you wouldn't have been living here for 3 years, and as far as calling someone useless you can't even spell signed correctly! Of course the appliances are old, the community is old, that's the reason for the renovation!
