It;s not that bad for me

I've lived at some pretty horrible places before and living here is really not that bad for the price and the location. However, I do have some positive and negative things to say about the apartment. Like I said before, the location is great. Its not that far from buckhead, an exit away from perimeter mall, and not that far from grocery shopping and doing regular errand things. Plus, target and publix are going up right across the street... even more convenient. I live in a renovated apartment... comparing to what it used to look like, it does look a lot better. They fix things pretty well except that my patio door hasn't been fixed properly yet, but other than that they are ok. Management is alright. I do have to call them several times to get petty stuff done, such as getting my phone number updated in the box. It seems that they are a bit of a spaz and don't know what they are doing. I did have an ant problem in the beginning but I got one of those ant motel things and I haven't seen an ant in about 4 months. But this is my experience, some are and maybe different depending on the severity or type of problem. So far, the apt is working for me.
