I was reading the reviews and was amazed at how negative they were, I found the one about the mice interesting, I did notice one leaving the property in March about 189lbs, so now your gone,,great for us. I have lived here for over 3yrs, from the management staff and especially since the new owners came in, I continue to find this one of the best places to live. All of my request have been taken care of from minor to major. Where would you find such great floor plans and space for the amount of rent they charge, then the location is awesome, we are with in every convenience in the area.
Everyone needs to remember one thing, MICE,ROACHES and ANTS are not planted by the owner or management staff, for you that did have the criters and you moved, they are still with you, your dirty housekeeping habits go with you along with the criters.
I just signed my 3rd lease, I want to thank the staff for the awesome job, from the new exterior painting of the buildings, landscape, play area for kids, grills and so many more upgrades, keep up the good work.

I don't think anyone is implying that the management plants pests in their apartments, but management has a pattern of not responding in a timely to removing them. With regard to your rude accusation that I have "dirty housekeeping habits," my apartment was infested with large roaches. I would see one or two EVERYDAY. My apartment was clean. However my downstairs neighbors' apartment was not. In fact it took an entire month for the cleaning crew to refurbish the apartment after the neighbors moved. When they moved out the roaches suddenly disappeared.
It is entirely management's fault for not properly investigating the cause of the infestation after many complaints and not taking proper actions.
EXTERIOR painting, landscape, play areas, and grills do absolutely nothing to improve the quality of living because NONE of these items are actual improvements to the unit that you live in. I would rather a properly maintained unit without all the fancy landscaping and other bells and whistles. You live in the unit. These are all external improvements to give the impression of a well maintained complex without actually improving the largest flaw in the complex--the space in which you actually have to live.

Hmmm. A new management crew comes in to save the day and magically everything is better. Could it possibly be that....lets see...management is writing their own posts to upgrade their pathetic score on this and several other websites. I have lived in countless complexes over the years and this place by far is the next step up from a sewer. You can upgrade the exterior all you want but the fact remains that this place needs to be condemned. It is a dump people. Paint and plants can only cover so much. Trust me!!! Do not burn your money on this pit. You have been warned.
