THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND LEASING STAFF ARE HORRIBLE!!! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR I CAN SAY I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT HERE. I'VE SERIOUSLY JUST THOUGHT ABOUT ENDING MY LEASE AND PAYING THE FEE. THE LEASING STAFF IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST EVER AND HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. THEY ARE SO DISORGANIZED, I'VE RECEIVED SEVERAL NASTY BALANCE DUES WHICH I DID NOT OWE AND WERE CLEARED ONCE I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY LOOSING THINGS, SUCH AS RENT CHECKS & LEASES. THE ONLY THING NICE ABOUT THE APARTMENT IS THE SIZE AND LOCATION BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AS A DECIDING FACTOR. ALSO LIKE OTHERS HAVE SAID ON THEIR REVIEWS, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR "RENOVATION" ATTEMPTS. THE PAINT JOB IS CLEARLY NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY HIRED THE LABOR WORKERS ACROSS THE STREET THAT STAND AT THE SHELL STATION WAITING FOR WORK. MY CEILING AND WALLS ARE CRACKING. I COMPLAINED TO PAMELA IN THE LEASING OFFICE ABOUT THIS AND SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND GAVE ME SOME LAME EXCUSE. WHEN YOU CALL WITH A MAINTENANCE ISSUE THEY ARE RUDE AND PLAINLY SHOW THAT THEY DO NOT CARE. EVEN WITH AN EMERGENCY IT TAKES SEVERAL HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME. MY STOVE, FRIDGE, AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT LOOK LIKE THEIR FROM 1985. SO OLD! I'M AFRAID TO EVEN USE THE STOVE. THE WATER RATE IS CONTINUOUSLY GOING UP. THEY REPLACED THE TOILET AND SHOWER HEAD WITH SOMETHING WHICH SUCKS WORSE THAN WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE. THE FLOW IS SO HORRIBLE, ITS TAKES 15 MINUTES JUST TO WASH THE SHAMPOO OUT OF MY HAIR! SO PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RENOVATIONS, THEY ARE VERY CHEAPLY DONE. I KEEP MY APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND I STILL HAVE GIANT ROACHES, CENTIPEDES AND SPIDERS CRAWLING AROUND. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!!!

this guy clearly didnt pay his rent and his vengence is this complaint. Folks go see for yourself. This place is not bad at all

What do you mean I didn't pay my rent? The stupid idiots in the leasing office didn't think to check the "rent box" while they were doing renovations to the leasing office! Believe me they profusely apologized to me after they found my lost rent check. You would think they would have enough brains to check the rent box before sending out nasty letters. I believe the name of the person who found it might have been Camilla.
