All the new management does is lie. Nothing gets fixed. It's like a roaches paradise.

My new neighbors are simply disgusting lowlifes who sit out on their porch smoking weed. The smell feels my apartment. The walls are thin and you can here every movement your neighbors make.

There's a Mexican day camp across where they wait every morning to be picked up by random. There's also a sex shop across the street.

The appliances are old old OLD. The carpet in my apartment was left over from the previous renter--not replaced or cleaned. The management is too just too cheap.

There are better apartments to consider, if it's the area you like.

Go sit your tired azz down somewhere. It was raining horribly Saturday and the maintenance man came at 9 o'clock to fix something in my apartment. If you don't like it buy a house. And why you discriminating against the Spanish men that are trying to find work every day. Get a life you colostomy bag! There are sex shops all over Atlanta. Who cares. Its not like they have a naked mannequin posted outside saying come in and fukc! You people need to sukc cow nuts for real. Go buy a house!

I'm sure you do enjoy living at the Mosaic. Trash attracts trash. The way you present your opinion does nothing to improve the image of the Mosaic. It only adds proof of the vulgar and immature people who live (and work) there. Would any decent person want to live next door to someone who presents his/herself in such a disgusting and abusive manner? Perhaps you should consider anger management. If a post on the internet wills this type of response, then you certainly have a problem.
