Please do not pay attention to the positive reviews, more than likely it's the management trying to cover their asses. I moved out of these apartments a few months ago and am so happy for doing so. Everyday, all day there are people smoking weed out in the open inside the complex, and drug deals. The staff is rude and when something is broke be prepared to wait a few days to get it fixed! Another thing! They say it's a gated community...HA! they leave the gate open during office hours, because they say it's easier for them to let guests in! The people in the nieghborhood how have dogs are nasty, I tried taking my duaghter for a walk, but the smell of dog ---- overwhelmed the entire neighborhood.
Just don't move here especially if you have kids, the drug problem in this neighborhood is bad, not suitable for children! If you need a quick move, trust me there are other places right around the corner, don't waste your time; unless if you smoke or deal then this is the place for you!

you are very immature can we control bird poop??? it should have fell in your head i am a tenant and i love the mosaic at sandy springs and like i tell every other idiot, go buy a house!!

missycocoa, why don't you go buy a life? Your review was posted back in June. Most reviewers post their comments, maybe make a reply and them move on. Are you the mosaic hired rabid guard dog trained to protect the apartment's reputation by making a completing fool of herself. You don't scare and impress anyone. You just sound like an idiot.
