I moved in here in August of 08, the leasing agent was so unprofessional Miss. Linnet Gunter. She talked on her personal cell phone during our first meeting. I should of ran but I rented the apartment and all I can say is I'm so happy that my six months are over. I have moved.... leasing agent (Linnet Gunter) rude, apartments suck... roach infested.

I don't have bugs but recently it appears the -------- across the street on the buzzard roost have started to move in and parking really sucks even more. I've been here 3mos and I've been w/o water 3 times and my water bill continues to increase (wtf) when I asked the mgr last mo.why bill went up & I was w/o water for 3 days she sd take it up w/the water dept. (WTF)oh and the trash compacter was inoperable for few days so 2 huge trash bins sat in front of the mailboxes (WTF)ga.power bill went up & I'm here less than before (WTF)and it appears they have some super move in deals (according to the garish signs placement)the security gates have been open continuously for the last month or so (you never know)I can only guess their occupancy rate is down,but rather than focus on retention they appear to go with their "predator" style of leasing....not too smart unless your goal is to lower your standards and that breeds other more costlier effects to the profit margin....all I know is when my lease is up I'm so out of here;I think I can endure? stay tuned & do your homework b4 you sign a lease in atl!
