I have lived here since February 2008, and I have never had one problem. If we have maintenance issues, they are dealt with ASAP. The space for the price is almost unbeatable. I just had issues with Georgia Power and they gave me a $25 credit because of how ridiculous the Georgia Power Customer Service is. I see a lot of complaints, but if you have a problem, just report it. The only thing that has ever gotten me the least bit frustrated was loud music, which I reported and it was handled immediately. Safety has never been a concern either, but I do not worry about people walking by me either. Great pool and tennis courts. The only thing I could ask for would be a basketball court!!!
