My husband and I first moved here when the apartments were known as Stonebridge. Everything was fine when we first moved in but in the last year things have gone far downhill. No one ever answers the phone in the leasing office! The water has been turned off about 10 times in the past 3 months. We went out of town in April and requested to have our tub reglazed because it had started peeling in April and it is now July and they still haven't come to do so.. Our appliances are old has hell and the they want us to pay all this money for a 1 bedroom that we can't enjoy. I'm not a hater or anything but our neighbor across the hall makes too much noise.. He plays his music loud as hell sometimes really late at night or you can either hear him running down the stairs like a 10 yr old kid. Some people let their dog use the bathroom anywhere without cleaning up after it. The trash dumpster is backed up or broken a lot of the time and the gate works only sometimes.. But it's always up during the day and sometimes we have to go through the other entrance if the main gate isn't working. We came home the other night and the whole dial board was hanging off the base.. There have been break ins recently and someone was shot and the management never told the residents about it.. There was also a drug raid out here a few months back.. Craziness at the Mosaic, I so loved it when it was Stonebridge..

I don't understand you! If you are so unhappy here, why don't you move? I have been here for 3 years and I understand that there have been many problems with the property, but as for the phones not being answered in the office, isn't there a machine to take messages? Have you left messages, or even gone to the office to see if there was a reason they weren't being answered?? I have. With all the changes in the staff( I don't like that),I have been assisted by the staff and even the management. When there is a problem, do you even give them a chance to tell you what is going on? They may not be able to give you the whole story, but they can tell you something!!! You have to be willing to listen and just as another resident stated that they don't care about us, do you care about them? They are here everyday in spite of what they may have to face from us.
Mosaic Staff, I appreciate you all!!!

And yes there is an answering machine, but you'll never return the calls because you'll use the same excuse all the time "Oh, I'm sorry, our phone lines have been messing up and we didin't get any messages from yesterday"...Yea, right because you deleted all of our messages!
You also stated "They are here everyday in spite of what they may have to face from us."...It's called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND IF YOU'LL CAN'T HANDLE THE HEAT EITHER GET TO STEPPIN OR CORRECT THE MANY FREAKIN ISSUES THAT WE ARE PAYING NOT TO HAVE!!!!...And NO, You'll are not appreciated because you've not done anything to be appreciated for...except for collecting the rent that you don't deserve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently looking for an apartment and this is disturbing, no one but management would get that upset about a post and if I am paying my rent I shouldn't have to leave a message all the time during business hours. Property managements job is to be in the office to assist residents and potentials. Passing on yet another property. Very rude childish posting by managment
