For the love of God stay away.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
During my stay here, I dealt with numerous instances of flooding, the quality of the apartments leaves something to be desired. At the end of 2004 my apartment was broken into, which I believe reflects on the general safety of the area. I strongly strongly strongly suggest you look elsewhere, it may seem like a deal, but it's really not worth it in the long run.
