Was once one of the nicest in town... From: miataman Date posted: 8/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   When I first moved here about 5 years ago, the people who lived here were mostly upscale, young professionals. Now, I am moving. Why, you ask' (It's not the apartments themselves) One reason, the type of people who now live here. I first started noticing the changes a couple of years ago, but recently it has started getting EXTREMELY ghettofied. I used to be able to walk around at night and use the gym late at night, but now I truly feel unsafe doing so. The surrounding areas have gone completely downhill as well, even more so than CMF. There have been killings nearby; this would have been very unusual 5-6 years ago, but now it's a distinct possibility. It's so sad what's happened to North Sandy Springs and Roswell; they're almost as bad as Atlanta now.
