My Home! From: jaisen Date posted: 1/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Since taken over by new management in March 2004 the name of the property is now The Residences at Morgan Falls. I am not certain of the previous mgmt but since I have been here during the course of the mgmt change. I am proud to say I call the property home. The mgmt staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable and of course respectful. I must admit that they do remain professional at all times. I suppose that may cause a prob to some who want things done on their turfs. There are problems on any property. I can actually see changes around. I know it won't happen over night. So far they have changed the office and some of the breezeways are beeing painted, and the grounds are certainly better. This is rather a great property to live on for several reasons.
