I moved into the Residences July 07. At that time it was under JPI management. My main issue with the complex at that time was the bugs. They were tremendous. Despite closing all but 1 of my vents, having exterminators in twice a month and putting down my own bug gel; they'd still get in. Not anymore. Since Steven D. Bell management company took over late last year, I haven't seen one bug plus the grounds are cleaner, the communication between the management office and the tenants is better and were it not for the increase in rent, I'd stay.
