Overall great... but no gate! From: abulkouk Date posted: 6/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   I lived at Residences from August 2004 until April 2008. The apartments are great, the neighborhood is great (by Atlanta standards). The gate is in a perpetual state of being fixed. I think it is broken at least 80% of the time. Management is ok, not terrible, depending on the person you speak with. However, the grounds people are very helpful. Had my car cd stolen, as did others in the area. Heard of some break-ins, but don't know if they were forced. Overall, the safety is actually better than what I hear is the average in Atlanta. If you are safety conscious, this is a better place to live in the Sandy Springs area I think. Location is great in terms of traffic and accessibiity to entertainment.
