I have had continuous pest control issues. Fleas, fruit flies, and termites. I have no pets and i'm very clean. The pest are not moderate but infestation level. I have been to the doctor for the bites all over my legs and feet because they were infected. It was one month and a week before property management sent pest control. I will never feel comfortable in this place again its been a nightmare. I was not angry at the complex for the pest. I do blame property management for their bad attitudes, length of time it took for them to send pest control, and forcing me to involve the their corporate office. I'm counting the days to this lease expire. They do have a nice gym. Please think twice before moving in The Residence Morgan Falls. If you have children do not move in period.

Thank you for posting this information. I too am battling a roach problem. Pest control has sprayed twice in the last 3 weeks but nothing seems to help. And now one was in our bed :( We are clean people and can't seem to get relief. I have to turn the lights on and look around before i go into a room. It's sad that I can't feel comfortable in our "home." Can you please tell me who you contacted at corporate office so I can get extra help. Oh, and property management is so stuck on what that lease says - there is no way around it when you have a problem!

When I first moved into The Residences the summer of 2007, I had roach problems as well but I ended up using my own methods to remove them. I very rarely see them anymore and when I do they're usually dead. I can't recall what the product's name is at the moment but I'd recommend researching online and taking matters into your own hands. Had I not been able to control it, I'd have moved too. I can handle everything else--noise, unrestrained children, slow to respond maintenance--but bugs are an absolute no no.
