Gone WAY downhill since sold by Gables

Before Gables sold the property, none of us had any complaints. The new office "assistant manager" is the rudest person I've ever met, maintenance requests rack up and rack up (everything seems to break), there are major issues with leaks and mildew, car break-ins, and on top of that, rent keeps rising faster than you can blink. And they're RUDE to you! Ha! Luxury living''' Choose somewhere else to live.
