Unbelievable From: peewee17@mailbolt.com Date posted: 10/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I wrote an extremely accurate review about Gables Paces (currently The Rocca) and Apartment Ratings received a complaint from Gables/Rocca's management in reference to my complaint, stating that they were not happy with my complaint. Rather than asking me to edit the complaint and remove the managers name (there is only one) they removed the entire complaint. To sum it up, my complaint stated that this complex (The Rocca/Gables Paces) has the ABSOLUTE WORST management staff I have ever ran across in my 67 years of living. Determining who I am referring to should be easy, considering this complex has only ONE manager. I hope this help future apartment finders in deciding where to go. Make sure you do your research, because it is very true what is written here. This complex will make you feel very welcome, until you move in, then they will quickly forget your name.
