I am moving out of the Startford in the nic of time! The leasing office people, who change frequently, are not who I want on my side! They are manipulative and lie about almost everything we have had a concern about! The location is great but the units are old and a bit dirty, especially the carpet. If you have a problem, don't think they are willing to help, they usually try to turn it back on you... My roomie and I have always turned rent in on time, never been late, and the Stratford still tries to manipulate us and has never made us feel they are on our side, as a leasing office should. P.S. Beware of the awful AC!
