One of the main problems with this place is that is is so old. The front gates never work. I have spent several mornings having to drive around from one gate to the other so I can just get out of this place... The doors never work as well. The locks on the doors are constantly broken. Either you can't get in because they won't unlock or they just simply don't stay shut/locked.... The ants are another problem. The ants are everywhere. Some garbage was left outside of someone's door one night and there was a huge line of ants going into the garbage bag, which was all tied up all the way to to a spot in the wall... I have been fighting the ants problem in my house for a while now... I have bought raid, ant traps and I have the drops for the ants to kill them. Nothing seems to work completely. I have made the problem less but they keep on showing up.... I think they have a major problem with the ants that they aren't completely aware of... They are in the walls of the apartments. The apartments need to be fumigated to get rid of all of the ants... We got one letter saying that the problem of the doors "wouldn't be fixed anytime soon", due to having to get new doors and then having to get new lock system, but that they were sure we would be happy about the end result... How long does it take to get a new lock system''' Doesn't sound good to me... This place is cheap... but don't let it fool you. It is cheap because it is just simply GROSS and OLD! I would highly recommend that no one live here! It is just NASTY!
