Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
I have lived here several years - it has gotten really bad over the last several years. SEVERAL evictions lately - almost as if they no longer care to screen people. leaks, people leave trash outside the doors when it is not trash day, NOISY - you can hear anyone above you or below you - their TV, stereo etc... electricity bills are a joke, water bills are inaccurate - it is horrible. Save your money and move to a newer building.
