I had no fewer than 3 rats terrorize me and my wife when we lived here. They ate through the screen, came in, and helped themselves to our food and even tried to crash in the bedroom.

Management did not care other than to put down some traps. We caught a big mongo sized one and management was not going to come remove it. I bolted to the front office and literally had to block the guy who was working from taking his car to "go get some lunch" to make sure he first removed my new "pet." Overall, they did a terrible job handling a crisis.

As for my co-tenants. The guy downstairs would have trouble getting a good tan. Why? Because dude had a prison release ankle braclet on every time he was down at the pool. Again, out complaints about him and his other behavior went un-addressed for months.

We couldn't get out soon enough.

People like you should buy a house...then when things are not the perfection that apparently you require, the only person to blame is yourself...you might want to look into moving to the woods or on top of a mountain away from civilization, because there are people with past everywhere...Dont you realize that stuff like this happens everywhere...Im just Thankful that you dont live here anymore, so much negativity...I would hate to be your neighbor.

I agree with sentfromrent.
I live up the street in another complex. We pay high in this area. Management owes it to people who live in complexes to screen residents for the common safety of residents. The also owe us help with maintenance. It's what we're paying for.

Hey cmjeffreys, yeah I'd bet you'd "hate to me [my] neigbor" because that means you too would be living with the Rats and ex-con with the ankle bracelet. My request that management remove a rat that had invaded my home certainly does not qualify as me wanting "perfection" I'd say, more just like a decent place to live!
