as one of the residents who has has been at this complex a while - i must agree with the negative comments. it's certainly the worst place i've lived and thank goodness i can finally move out this year! residents who were already here when the Conner Group took over are paying outrageously high rents to subsidize the newer residents who came in on $599 and $649 rent deals. the water/trash bill has every charge you can imagnine, which is why it's about $100 for a one bedroom. yet as i write this, my water has not worked for at least a full day in my apartment and i can't reach anyone in the office! this is typical of the living situation here. you get punished regardless if you pay your rent and water bill on time. my neighbors used to be working professionals, retirees, and graduate students. now it's filled with eurotrash and people who previously lived in the ghetto before moving to the Stratford. luckily my car hasn't been broken into....knock on wood

i totally agree. they tricked us into signing paperwork saying that they are allowed to bill us for anything. these people are scum of the earth parasites and need to be sued or vandalized. -person from building 4

WOW!!! I feel really bad for you guys!! I live down the street in Berkeley Trace apts & we don't get charged for all of that stuff. They include water & trash within our monthly rent, which is a total of a $30 flat fee. Also our gates have only been broken one time since I moved here in June that I know of (repaired the next day). Georgia Power is also the electric provider (all electric apts.) I think Berkeley Run is the same also. You may want to try moving across the street to Charleston Court/Berkeley Run or Berkeley Trace. When I was looking at apts in this area I just got a bad feeling when I toured the Stratford...it was actually one of my top 3 choices. Hopefully you all are able to move out soon.

Character in there looks like she wants to suck your ---- for $0.50 cents..U'd know
Who I'm talking about the mn she greets you. All is left to say, my lease is up soon
And i'm getting out of this once beautiful community turn to ---- by the Connor group..
