From a grade 'A' apartment complex to the beginnings of a slum-like dwelling. All because The Connor Group took over and apparently do not care about residents or the property. Amenities are all gone. Security is definitely an issue. Building and health code violations abound. Yet the prices are going up. Why' Because it's gone from 95% occupied to 65% or less within 3 months. Wonder why. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
