I have been a resident at the startford for about a year now. At first I used to love this place, their associates were nice and even the residents were people that you wanted to get to know. Since the Connor Group took over, you might as well move to the worst part of town at least you wont expect a good quality aparment. They have adopted a very "tacky" and cheap way to attract residents... not to offend anybody, but I dont even think that they are doing background checks, just by looking at the people who are moving in. If you come in to the Stratford, you will find a very nice looking apartment complex, but once you go in to see the staff the mismatch will jump out infront of anybody... just judge for yourself.
