Just as any other tenant here. You'll be shown the things they want you to see. At first glance it's everything you think you want. Unfortunitly once you move in it's evrything you were trying to avoid. There's just to many things to list that's wrong with this place. Since the new management group to over (The Conner Group) this place has gone downhill. It's unfortunate for the tenants who live here. People who are in leases they wish they could break. But most tenants that lived here for awhile are on the way out. They're fed up with it. Really. My advice to you is look closely at the upkeep. The amenities they promise you have them show each one they promise. One better. Don't even consider renting from "The Conner Group".

What happened to this place? Remember this, they will have you paying for the outside lighting, gas, water and all utilities. And what is the purpose of your rental fee? Let's you have a key to come home to. That's it. Everything and I mean everything is a la carte ! Need something replaced or repaired? Get ready to wait. You finally stop asking. Advice, find another complex; there are plentiful in Atlanta.
