I just moved out of the Stratford after my lease was up. My Utility bill that the stratford billed me for "trash, water - "common electricity and gas" was 84.00 a month. the place I justed moved billed me for Trash and water (which it should be NOT common utilities) and my bill was only 30.00 (and most of that is the 20.00 for trash being picked up outside your door Sun - Thursday night). The Stratford's mgmt is really taking unfair advantage of it's residents. There is NO WAY they should be billing for common utilities - and the common gas that they are charging you for is the gas in their leasing office and for the nasty hot tub.

I totally agree. Ever since the Connor group took over this place had gone from bad to worse. I renewed my lease from the month of may for 6 months, and ended up staying only till May 3rd, but still had to pay $ 5000 for the entire period of lease, on the top of it, i kept receiving bills from the utility company for common gas and what not, which I wasnt even using, because I had already moved out. When I called the staff, no one ever picked the phone or returned calls. Stratford, once was a wonderful place has now turned into Dumpster
