This is my 4th year at the Stratford. When the Connor Group took over in early 2008 it all went down hill. The service drastically decreased and rent as well as the water bill sky rocketed.
The office staff is under staffed and rarely in the leasing office. Phone calls are never returned. The maintenence staff is also under staffed. The curtest officer was removed.
The water bill went up $15/month and phony gas charge appeared on the bill. One leasing agent said there was no gas on the property, another leasing agent said it was used for the hot tub and Heartland Power company said the gas use is in the leasing office. So who knows.
I cant wait to get out.
