I never lived here but I know that you are right about the phone never being answered. I came to ask for leasing rates since I just drove by and pulled in. I called before going in. No one answered, my friend and I were sitting right outside the office watching and no one picked up ON NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS. My friend went inside and the lady was just sitting in there not doing much of anything! Obviously not answering the phone either.
