AVRIL IS AN UNEDUCATED LIAR WHO DOES THE WORST JOB AT MANAGING THAN I HAVE EVER SEEN. HIGH RENT, DIRTY GROUNDS, DIRTY COMMON AREAS,DIRTY POOL AND HOT TUB,CRAPPY LANDSCAPING. OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS PHONE AND ARE ALL RUDE AND GHETTO WHEN THEY DO.
