The Connor Group is a group of money-hungry slumlords! Any complex owned by them, have been turned into slums with extremely high utility bills. Hint: They own the utility company as well as the property. Just read the lease and you will see all sorts of small print and ridiculous rules. The tenant basically has no rights once they sign the lease. The staff do not care and are very rude.

COMPLETELY AGREE! My car was broken into in the gated parking garage all because they were trying to save money and only had the back up lights on. Slashed through my convertible top in 3 places and mngt did NOTHING. They actually told me it was the first they had heard of anything, yet, when the police officer came he said I was the THIRD PERSON to call that morning!!! Frequently, in building 4 at least, the electronic doors won't work so everyone is LOCKED OUT OF THEIR APTS! Unless of course if you go through the always broken door. CONNOR GROUP IS A JOKE OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

You know, I just don't understand why you people that live in an apartment drive all these fancy cars then complain when people target you for robbery. Why does your car cost more that your place of residence? With such expensive cars, you should live in a house with a garage...then maybe you wont have these issues...just my 2 cents. Not saying the apartment isn't bad, but you need to figure out where your priorities lie and maybe you wouldn't have some of the issues you do!
