Terrible Service and Ridiculous Charges

I have lived at the Stratford for 3 years. New Management took over in the past year and it has been a horrible experience.

They continually come up with random charges in the lease that they never mention when you come in to renew.

Latest event: They started allowing the utility company to charge for shared electricity, gas (I have no idea what they use gas for, I guess the pool and hot tub), pest and other items worth over $50 per month. THIS IS LIKE AN EXTRA $50 PER MONTH TO YOUR LEASE!!!

I cannot wait to leave.
