As Long As Conner group owns this apartment.
I would not recommend this apartment to any of my close friends.
This is my third year living here and as soon as conner group took over the apartment service is going down.

People tried to reason with the management company but it is going nowhere.
The service provided for the residents before the conner group took over has came back but with a charge.

What a surprise when I saw the new water bill. Added common gas and electricy charges.
Trash pickup service and pest control is being charged as well.

When I asked them why all these services were being charged they say it is in the new lease when I renewed it.
They never mentioned this before when I signed the new lease so somewhat it is my fault but if there would be a change they should have told us about it.

When I asked about the pest control fee( isn't it usually provided by the apartment for free'), they simply said that they charge it so people would use it...hahawhat the F...

Anyways..people who are looking for reviews of this apartment..
Don't move in here....I was stupid enough to sign another lease..so i am stuck till next year..but as soon as my lease is up,I am out of here without any regrets..

Save yourself from a total misery...I am giving you a chance.

Yes its worse than bad... and I dont know why the Connor Gropu would want those girls to be the first thing you see when you come to look at an apartment. They are living up to there stereotype.
