The Stratford

I would rather have been homeless than to have live at the stratford! expect your water bill to be between 80-100 bucks a month!!! you dont pay for your water usage you pay for the properties ----! when you move out they will charge like like 300 bucks for leaving any trash or belongings behind! nevermind your 250 dollar deposit! i once called the connor group (they own the property) to complain, and they contacted the management office, they then called me and said if you have a problem with us then you talk to me not the connor group! how f-ing rude and unproffensional! good luck trying to get a hold of them too when you have a problem they are no where to be found! on top of their ---- staff and ---- rules...they have ---- appliances! the dryer was soooo hot it burned me and gave me a big blister on my arm, which i have a scar from! you can't cook on the stove because it gets so hot! dont move here you would be better off to buy a box and set it up on a street somewhere! oh and if you are a day late for rent they will charge you 100 bucks! what a rip.
