Two more months to go... I'm counting down the days until my lease is up. I cannot wait to move out of this place. It has turned into a ghetoville apartment complex. What a pity! Loud parties by the pool at 3:00 AM, loud neighbors throughout the night, absolutely no consideration for others who actualy have to get up in the morning to go to work. When I called the leasing office to complain, I was told to call the non-emergency Sandy Springs Police. I'm constantly checking on my car to make sure it's still there. This is no place to live - I already turned away a couple who were considering renting from this place. I happen to meet them by the leasing office (before they had a chance to go in). They asked me what I thought of this place, once they heard what I had to say, thanked me for being honest,they walked away and drove off. The management has the audacity to send flyers offering money for referrals. Are you kidding me' I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!

I'm sorry you have to deal with that. A complex must *really* suck when there are a ton of No's and HELL NO's with every review. I am staying clear of this place. To get an idea on how desperate they are, search "stratford sandy springs" on Craigslist. The complex posts plenty of ads with the most intelligent tag lines. These were actually posted this month: "Calling all "PLAYERS" ... y settle for 1 when you can have 2 ???" "Come and get it!! This HUGE PACKAGE THAT IS!!" "Its BIG, LONG, and it WRAPS AROUND!" IMHO, sales pitches in ALL CAPS, EXCLAMATION POINTS, SEXUAL INNUENDOS AND LAZY INTERNET TYPING is unprofessional and annoying. It gives a lousy impression on how the complex is run. It's obvious the people who posted these ads are amateurs and are oblivious to how possible tenants perceive them. Judging that with reviews of this site and the "FREE RENT" sign I saw while driving by the place, I think it's safe to say this place sucks and I'm SO glad I didn't sign a lease here. ALSO - before anyone asks, I don't have a personal vendetta against this place. I'm just a random chick looking for a new place to live for myself and my dog. :)

I toured this place last year when I was apt hunting in the area & got a bad vibe from the office staff. I am so happy I chose to live down the street in another complex after on Glenridge Dr after reading these reviews. I have not experienced even 1/3 of the problems you guys have listed on The Stratford.
