I have to agree with everything said, EXCEPT - Debbie and her staff have begun to be effective in their efforts to bring about change. What I don't understand is the seeming lack of concern on the part of the owners. Every other day their is an article in some publication about the Connor Group buying properties all over the United States. An investment in the Stratford to return the property to a sound, decent place to live would be appreciated by the long-term, loyal residents. I believe blame should be put on the Connor Group - anything property they own, based on their performance at the Stratford, will soon become a slum, qualifying the Connor Group as "slum landlords."

The management has seemed to have turn a blind eye to the situation. They have lives to and unterstandable the have a home to return to in the evening. Unfortunatley this is when all the issues of concerned safety and criminal activity arise. They cannot be there all-day and all night to police this.
The management, although seem to be open to making proper changes and a positive change, also seem like they invite new tenants that add to the chaos that is. They are clueless to what goes on in and around the property and that is very sad. They haven't a clue as of what they're doing and how they're doing it. They only way to maake a change is do your part and get out like I did. I moved out last weekend and it was the best thing for me.
