If you are looking for a place to live run far far away!The first eight months in this place were great, but for the past three years we have been through three property managers and a slew of maintanance men. All have been pleasant but continue to get the run around when it comes to fixing major problems (airconditioning, leaks, etc). The pool has been full of dead bugs, and the hot tub rarely works. Tenants are charged additional money for watering the plants, filling the pool, and hot tub which are not used during winter months. There is constant garbage thrown out by tenants in improper areas and nothing seems to be done about it. The place may look pretty from the outside but, is falling apart internally.

The Stratford is TOTALLY disgusting. I moved out of there the second my lease was up. My water bill went down by 60.00 a month when I moved away from that place. not to mention that they charge you for heating THEIR office up which is the only place that gas is used.
