Good experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have had a decent experience living here. Yes, it is over 30 years old but that has its benefits as well downfalls. Being older, the apartments are extremely spacious although insulation is not as good. The landscaping is mature and beautiful this time of year but does mean a bug will come in your apartment a time or two. I have only experienced a couple "bugs" in my 10 months of living here. I think the people complaining about roaches may not clean as much which of course will draw roaches whether new or old. I find the staff to be competent in some ways more thean others but always friendly. The walls are thin but you have to give and take in an apartment experience. The rent is very reasonable for the square footage and the area. The neighborhood is definitley diverse which is not a bad thing. There are car break ins everywhere (gated communities and not) and usually those happen when people leave their valuables in view. Parking is fine, it is not assigned anymore but I can usually find a spot right in front.
