Paying for pest control....YOU are a lair! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I live at Villas on Briarcliff and Pest Control is offered to Everyone...Free of charge, Every Wednesday!!! It aslo clearly states in your lease that this is a service which is offered at NO Charge... Every time I have had a problem with bugs...it has been promptly resolved! It would be illegal to charge for a service that is covered in a lease.
