I moved here almost a year ago. I loved it. The price was right, it was clean (no bugs), and the manager (ANN) lived on-site. I also liked the fact that it was a mixed complex: Asian, Black, White, Hispanic. But six months ago it was sold to SABRA Management, and things have changed! A lot of people moved because they felt Ann was forced out, and the new manager doesn't live on-site. The new management put-up move-in signs. ALL OF THEM ARE IN SPANISH!!! I don't mind a mix but DAMN!! They aren't even trying to front like they want Americans.
It's still kind of quiet, but there are about 100 times more kids!! And why do they play in the freakin' street without supervision' We have a playground. Maybe, they should make a "Playground This Way" Sign in Spanish!!
Also, it's still relatively roach-free. But now they don't spray unless you request it. Which is fine, but if your neighbors aren't requesting it...
There are people with pets, but so far everyone is respectful. However, if ONE MORE person knocks on my door and asks if I speak spanish I'm gonna get a pitbull.
As far as safety goes, no robberies, break-ins, rapes, vandalism, or car-theft that I've heard of. And the new speed bumps keep speeding down.
Finally, when I call the office, please COMPRENDE ENGLISH!!! You understand when my rent is due! (And get all that old furniture and those old mattresses outt here!)
Overall, I'm holding my breath.

u so freakin dumb u jus hatin on us --------- cuz we takin over nd stuff seriously chill out if u got problems with the spanish sign then get the hell out of there..!!! seriously..but 1 thing is true that ms ann was forced out..but seriously shut your ass up!!!

don't fight we all live in the same place, learn to love one another, we don't born with black, white. or yellow skin, our parent give it to us.every where their is some one don't like you, that is the way the world is. learn to live with it.
