Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I have lived here for 3 years and have watched it go downhill every year. First the management changed to being run by people who take delight in not doing anything they say they will do; unless it is detrimental to the resident. It then changed again to people to simply don't care.
Don't ignore the other posts. Car vandalism is high, mailbox muggings are too common and the tales of the homeless living in the dumpsters are indeed true. Not to mention the number of times vacants apartments have been broken into and used. Oh yeah, and this year's flood...
I've gotten used to the train and the landscapers, through keeping my remote in hand to constantly change the volume to match.
The maintainance people are very friendly and have always been. Though you would be advised to know how to fix a few things yourself as management tends to not report many problems.
