I lived there for 6 months - and I am happy I only signed a six months lease. The entire biulding shakes when someone is walking up the stares. Neighbor downstairs drove me crasy constantly knocking on the celeing thinking that I jump around, although I just walked, and it is not my fault the floor shaked! If I had guests over - the neighbor would go crasy. The management did not care the least bit. They were often rude. When I came into the office, they could keep talking on the phone or to each other pretending they do not see me, until I went and stood right in their face. Anyway, do not recommend it. And the train was a nightmare until I got used to it... Also, when I moved in, the bathroom was not very clean, but, although I complained about it, nothing was done, so I had to clean someone else's dirt. The only good thing - utilities. Power bill was reasonable, and so was the water bill (which is not the case at my current residence). And I really apprecited that it was an all electric community, with no gas companies involved...
